Yeah, the Justice Friends are a parody of The Avengers. Mostly Captain America, Thor, and the Hulk. As the series goes on, you'll see more Marvel parodies, including Black Panther and Iron Man. These guys were also in the banned Monkey segment, which had parodies of the Silver Surfer and Galactus.
