Life Jacket Surveys

Hey everyone! :) Your input is very important to me.
I have made two surveys -- one for foam LJs and one for inflatable LJs. I marked them to NOT collect email addresses, so they should be anonymous. I did this through Google forms, so you might need a Google email, but I'm not sure.
Please only complete one because you'll have repeat questions. and the double answers might throw me off.
