Being in the states, I feel you. I never would have snagged the right one on my own. Hopefully, you'll get one this year. The Baltic has such a glorious look!

The safety reflective ness in 3 spots plus a high collar like we all love and enjoy. It's got the zipper and big buckle at the waist. It appears liteweight. It's got the ties at top and bottom. It looks the the safest LJ out there. Just I can't seem to find one for adults. Love the crotch strap It's a very well made machinery. I'd love to be strapped into one for sure at my swimming lesson.
