The guy who plays Blade's rival here, the big tall bald guy who gets the bomb in his head, is actor Ron Pearlman. You might recognize him as Slade, The Litch, and Mr. Lancer from Danny Phantom (among others). He stars in a very similar comic book movie by the same director as this one, "Hellboy" and it's sequel "Hellboy 2: The Golden Army". If you like Blade 2, you'll really like those movies. I'd avoid the 2019 reboot, but there are also a couple of animated movies I'd recommend.
