I would have put Android saga above this one. It’s the epitome of the tournaments, but it doesn’t have as many highs as the android saga. It’s clean and doesn’t waste any time in the saga, but that’s not enough reasoning for me to have it at 3. I understand it, but don’t agree.

2021-12-22 03:30:39 +0000 UTC#3 felt right for this, for exactly the stated reasoning: Excellent writing and execution, but kinda limited by the oft-repeated tournament setting wrt scope/etc. Easily best of OG DB. Incredible that its so good despite the ingrained limitations that it rightfully stands up in the same tier as the first three DBZ sagas.
