July Report

This is a lengthy report because we got quite a lot done this past month, in spite of the heat wave- hissssssss☀️🥵

⚠️Final Tier Pricing Announcement:⚠️

In order to finalize the patreon pricing change, I have to make it a update the price ONE LAST TIME to bring all patrons up to the same prices because I messed up. 🙄 I'm so sorry.

If you're a new member, you'll see a forgettable decrease, if you're an older member, you'll see an increase.

At the next billing cycle, the prices will go like this:

Early Access $4➡️$3.99
Department Access $8➡️$7.99
Archive Access - NO CHANGE

After another month they’ll go back to their original round numbers the following cycle. I'll try to make it up to you all with high quality smutty art.

Even with a late start, July went really well! The CYOA Pt 19 took longer than expected but once it was out the door I started out jumping between Poppy & Oak art (which was very fun), doing roughs for the Faun x Swordsman comic and doing some animation!

This productivity burst was from two things- I had the help of Iggy🐸 and Kitt🐰, and I had few freelance obligations for once ( I really am trying to cut down.)

✅ Animation Collaboration with Iggy🐸

This wasn't even a goal, but it's a big part of the impetus for the price changes– it means more budget for collaborations, so I’m excited to be able to show it in action!😈

I want to make animations a regular part of what our little enterprise can accomplish, thanks to your support! ❤️I know that over time collaborations build skills and the kind of stability that makes more ambitious projects possible. Also I have no self control so they’ll just get more complex each time, of course.

Our pilot project was resurrecting a half-finished garden witch animation from last Fall.

Iggy🐸 took over coloring + livening up my original background sketch and adding some pretty foreground geranium layers.

Once Iggy elevated the the overall prettiness level, it made me feel like I really needed to improve the witch design so I did a little bit of iteration to step up.

Lots of learning with this project, I was kinda rusty animation wise and Iggy had to learn their way around Clip Studio just in to be able to color. It feels good to build skills like this though because you make that time investment once and then you just get to build on it forever after.

Once coloring was done a little bit of post processing and shiny FX animation and we called it done. I'm pretty pleased with this as a first effort!

Taking things one step at a time, we’re doing another garden witch animation next, also with cozy, lazy late summer/saturday afternoon vibes.

 In the future we’d like to grow into making more narrative short animations, because while I love these little loops, I think a lot of the fun in making erotic work is building the context.

But again, one step at a time, don’t get ahead of yourself Winton…

Speaking of getting a-head😏mama mia

✅Daisy Zine progress races along!

I did finally manage to blow my entire videogame budget on a Switch 2 + MarioKart World. It was worth it if only to be inspired to make this piece for the zine!

In other Daisy news-- Kitt🐰made this Daisy in ascot and tights alt. that is ✨inspired!✨

We're planning on doing a sfw Daisy sticker from one of the illustrations in the zine to be available with launch as well.

✅Weekly Updates were easy this month because there was a lot to share!

My sketchbook this month was mostly drawing original characters, like this preliminary Poppy & Oak art so I could remember how to draw them.

Some Libby & Aster doodles…

I had this very silly hentai-type scenario in my head of Aster giving some fellow an orchid that if you feed it, it makes your dick magically grow. 

Nothing high brow, just a dude making friends with a magic consentacle house plant, but it seems promising.
It's kinda fun having men in the mix for subject matter again, they're just a different set of shapes to draw!

I also collected a bunch of reject drawings and sketches from the Faun & Swordsman.

got completed and I started pushing the color a little bit further on these pages as well. 

I don’t have much to say about these except drawing them has been a blast!

✅CYOA Pt 20 Update!

I was surprised by how close the voting was last month!

This month’s update was a little bit less sexy than some previous ones, but spookiness is a kind of rare treat for me so I went with it.

This update also turned into a thorough process explanation as well as general art talk about the difficulties of trying to have a functional, consistent creative output.

It seemed like that post really resonated with a lot of people because, well, a lot of you said so, which really makes a difference for me, so thank you for the kind words❤️

I've been thinking about doing a kind of AMA suggestion box for things to talk about in process + 📝Department Access posts. Let me know if more tutorial or tailored art talk would be interesting, or if you prefer it stay free flowing and be about whatever I'm working on at the moment.

Now to bookend things with the August Goals:

⏹️CYOA Pt. 21 - I'm not sure how sexy this update will be either, but we'll figure out how to at least make some lewd drawings with it.
⏹️Daisies Zine Complete - I’ll be keeping you posted on how this one comes together. I’m very tempted to do a little 4 page comic in the middle of it but that might totally drag it off schedule 😅
⏹️Faun x Swordsman p17-20 - Getting closer to wrapping this up!
⏹️ Weekly Updates 
⏹️ Garden Witch Animation - Can't guarantee this one will be finished before September but I know we'll make good progress on it!
