Dragon's Lair Eve
Added 2025-06-10 23:00:05 +0000 UTCI started tinkering around with these drawings earlier this month after stumbling upon a Don Bluth character sheet of Eve from Dragon's Lair II and I was kind of smitten. I've never played the game because I wasn't born early enough or have access to enough quarters to enjoy this sort of thing but I've always loved the art style.
Anyways I thought I would try to do a little bit of a redesign of her that fits more into my hand while trying to be faithful to her size. I'm not sure I completely pulled it off because there's a cartoon dimension that is just not super natural to me but this was a fun diversion.
Her original design is a little bit pepto bismal pink which I'm not as much into, I rather like her with more of a pale, rosey cheeked Boucher or Fragonard putti.
I'm not sure if I'll be sharing CYOA or comic pages next but it will be one or the other very soon :) In any event I'll be back to drawing Daisies after this brief diversion, rest assured.
