⏹️✔️International Shipping for Physical Comics

Three out of four ain't bad, but I'm going to begin by addressing the miss for the month- international sales. I decided it would be silly to open international sales with no Libby & Holly comics in stock, so--

⏹️International Shipping will start in Mid-May, coinciding with my first batch of professionally printed Libby & Holly comics! I love printing these things myself whenever I can but I hope that these will be both higher quality prints and more consistent, which is ultimately better for all of you. 

Patrons will be the first to know when they are available and Kitt🐰 is working on getting a new Peach sticker for the store as well!🍑

We started off the month with the triumphant return of ✅The Orc and the Tower!
To keep the CYOA viable as something I can do every month I need to keep a better balance between complex and simple art to break up the text.

Walls of text tend to make my attention span evaporate, which is why I make my reports like this…with lots of text and image sandwiches.

Thank you to all of you who voted in this last CYOA poll, it was a pretty close race between two options of the three options with only 5% of you thinking that taking the stairs is a sexy option.

As much as I enjoy drawing machinery, I’m a little relieved that I won’t have to draw an elaborate sex bicycle repeatedly for this update, but I’m glad it was there for flavor at least :3

My goal is to put a rhythm into the updates, so some are more storytelling/atmosphere heavy and some are a bit more lewd. I think this next one’s gonna be the latter...

✅Having Weekly Updates was a success this month! I’m going to try to establish a regular weekly rhythm so you know when to expect what kind of updates too.

It was really useful in making sure I didn’t hoard sketches from Gold Patrons so that you could all see how rapidly my Princess Daisy condition is progressing 🥵

There are a bunch of other sketches that will gradually go through a process of being refined into  a Daisy Zine. Which I aim to have done in the next couple months while I’m working on the comic.

Weekly updates also prompted me to talk more about the Faun & Swordsman project as it was progressing, to share my thoughts about the style and approach, and to share some unused sketches and process stuff.

It felt good to hit the ✅Faun x Swordsmans 4 page quota too because it means I’ve steamrolled through indecision and just started it finally. Thank you for helping me by voting on the characters last month! 🧡💚

Four pages is not a lot but it required refining the script, making thumbnails, throwing out the thumbnails when I made the roughs and finally throwing out the script to rewrite the dialog as I drew the final pages. Ahh the creative process! 🙃

I never regret doing a style test for comics, it helps keep me on target for complexity and style throughout the whole project.

I know my patreon can feel a little erratic at times when I’m always pursuing wildly different projects, so I’m really pleased to see y’all are enthusiastic about the story so far! 

If you’re not yet enamored, I understand. In the past I’ve often gotten comments along the lines of “I wasn’t into this when you first started but now I am on board” so just know that I will be STRIVING to win you over 💕

While I always prefer to show, not tell– if you’re into the flirty banter, I aim to continue that, and if you’re waiting for things to heat up, you won’t have to wait much longer 😏

For all you process nerds, I’ll continue sharing my roughs just a little before I’m totally comfortable so that you can see the me change my mind a whole lot over the course of this month!

⏹️Weekly Updates of finished/sketchbook art- I really appreciated having this rhythm and I hope you did too!
⏹️Satyr x Swordsman Comic Pages 5-8 - I’m aiming low-ish just so I can keep things steady and have some time for the diversions like
⏹️More Daisy Things - This doesn’t need to be a goal but it feels good to check boxes
⏹️International Shipping for Physical Comics! - This will happen! 😤 

Thank you all for the wonderful support this month, starting new projects is difficult and I really appreciate all the enthusiastic comments about the faun and swordsman story!💕 It’s extremely gratifying to know when something is connecting with you all, so thank you again 🥹
