Daisies and Biker Libby & Holly
Added 2025-02-12 17:42:10 +0000 UTCI'm sharing this as a sketchbook post because I feel very much like I'm still exploring this, jumping between cis/trans Daisy, which I don't often do with characters, but in a way Nintendo characters like Peach and Daisy feel so iconographic and less individualistic that I feel like you can kind of impose any kind of personality and identity onto them because they are so simple and like atomic.
One thing I have found to be irrefutably: she's really cute in a silk nightie.
Also, because the fans demand it, I started drawing Libby and Holly on a motorcycle but I think I got caught up trying to make it too many different things. Is it a real motorcycle or a silly mariokart style one? is it a sexy image or just a cute pinup? Too many options means no real direction for me so I'll have to try again with more focus.
