Peachy things
Added 2025-01-13 02:25:40 +0000 UTCThis has been a difficult week, I had to say goodbye to one of the cats I've had for almost 12 years yesterday due to lung cancer. I haven't quite made sense of anything in my brain yet because it was so shocking and jarring, when my dog passed last year I knew it was coming for months but this caught me completely off-balance. Rough start to the year.
It's been a little cathartic to draw simple things like Peach over and over again. Just using different styles, and in other news, I've only got 10 pages left to color of Libby & Holly. Ever closer, ever closer.
I know this will probably have an impact on what I'm able to get done this month, it will likely result in me just doing whatever work feels like the biggest escape and right now that seems like drawing Peach.

They said they couldn't operate, and just a few days later she was gone. Take the time you need to grieve and process. We'll still be here! Just because they were a pet doesn't diminish your love for them
