The show is pretty fun! I was really sold on it once these two started interacting 🥹 For the borders I treat them like a repeating pattern, usually starting with a continuous S-bend shape like the vine with clusters of flowers around that. Then I duplicate and mirror it so makes a snaking column, if you look carefully you can see how it repeats! You can make a pattern that doesn't mirror too, if you can mirror the pattern it is a bit less obvious that it's repeating. Or introduce elements that repeat at different intervals, like a flower that shows up at every third s bend for example :) Hope this makes sense!
