Queen Sonia doodles
Added 2023-07-18 19:03:25 +0000 UTCMy friend @HavocTurbo gave me the CSP brush they like to draw with and it very nearly broke my brain to figure out how to use it, so I experimented with with some Queen Sonias.
The lines it makes are incredibly crisp and untextured, like an anime character sheet after it's been xeroxed. It's weird how a different brush can make you think about how you draw differently but I find with this one I have to think about the forms I'm trying to draw, put in my normal lines, and then subtract from them and add broken lines to try to keep a sense of softness, because there's very little taper to this brush.

2023-07-19 20:26:37 +0000 UTCYeah, it does kinda feel like one of those, or like a felt tip sharpie, minus all the bleeding ink ! I'm so used to having a little bit of opacity change in my strokes so this was really jarring at first!

2023-07-19 20:24:40 +0000 UTCexcellent work! i definitely feel that when using a different tool it does change how you draw, adjusting your own stylus weight vs how much pressure sensitivity the brush type or traditional tool needs.
