Neff! Buffy, meany Rhino.

I’ve seen this Rhino in cartoon Wreck it Ralf and first, didn’t pay attention to him. Yeah, he’s a villain btw!
As time passed, I realised that he can be drawn really cool, as there’s no inflation arts with him. That’s... kinda weird. So here we go!
I redesigned Neff a little bit, adding an extra belt on his belly, to provide his instant bursting, but is this belt pops, than so will happen to his belly 😜
How do you like Neff in this interpretation? Should I do stuff with him?
