I havent drawn Pepper in a long time, so I figured she would like to go to Nipcon, since she does have big breasts.
Fun Fact: Peppers real name is Lilith, the same name as the Nipcon mascot. They also share freckles and big boobs! Hooray for thicc freckle girls!
