Added 2015-09-15 20:51:36 +0000 UTCManaged to get it done today. Only my second time drawing Rouge. I should do more Sonic characters sometime.
Still going to be recovering from the surgery fr a couple more weeks. Percocet makes it a bit hard for me to stay awake drawing too.
