December Story Poll (Fixed Version!)

First! Don't forget that there is still an ongoing poll about the pairing for Halfway Broken. A lot of people have already voted, but don't miss your chance to get yours in if you haven't yet! It will run through the end of the month.

Now, with that reminder out of the way, it's time to move onto the usual monthly poll! Mostly, this is the same as usual. There are, however, two additional notes:

1) This is the first time A Very Confused Pokémon Adventure is getting its boost! I'm taking this chance to reshuffle the boost percentages, based on what's happened so far. The reshuffle won't affect the other stories until the first time they reset (they are getting pretty massive boosts due to how long it's been already). Originally, the initial boost a story would get was 20% after two months of no updates, which then increased by +10% every month. I've decided to shift that to 30% and +15% respectively. A minor change, but one that will keep it (hopefully) from taking literally an entire year for a story to build enough boost to be updated. For now, this will only affect Pokémon Adventure. But, given how well it did last month, it does mean that story might have a legit chance at unseating Halfway Broken for a month ;-).

2) December is coming! While I can't make any absolute promises, I would like to do a Christmas Bonus, if I can manage it. I thought about teasing another story idea (I have loads just sitting around) as that bonus , or even making an Omake/Side Story or two (maybe even lemony ones). Ultimately, though...I figured you all might lynch me if I add another story to the running ;-). And the Omake/Side Story idea, while it has appeal, I think falls behind just trying to update the top two winners of the poll. The winner will get the usual 15k word update. While for the runner up, I will try to get a decently sized 8-10k update out for around Christmas time. So keep that in mind while voting!

One Piece : Halfway Broken

The crew has arrived at Wind's Home and the Crystal City! Only to discover that, as seems normal for them, the island has some problems. Ones they've been approached by a local for help trying to sort out. Who is making people disappear and why? And can our crew actually managed subtly well enough to find out without causing havoc? It's not exactly their strong suit, after all! Tune in for the plot of the first truly original island I'm adding to the story!

Harry Potter: Pandora's Box (Current Boost +50% to votes)

Last time, Harry started a new project...but there was also a field invasion of the Quidditch match by a swarm of giant bees. The school came together to beat back the attack, but where did it come from? What was its intent? And how will everyone react to this new escalation?

Mass Effect: Eridium Dreams(Current Boost +90% to votes)

The Council has little choice but to believe that something is wrong when one of their best agents gives them a detailed report, right alongside dumping Geth refugees on them. Something which is a nightmare all on its own with the current state of Citadel law. While the politicians deal with that headache, newly minted Spectre Sae Shepard is on the hunt, with her first few missions being to work with Spectre Saren! They have a not-so-well-regarded Prothean researcher to find...

A Very Confused Pokémon Adventure(Current Boost +30% to votes)

2B now has her starter, along with a new wardrobe that Daisy and a friend conne- er, convinced, her into! Now, League Season is about to start. That means it's finally time for 2B, Jigglypuff, and Vuplix to set out on their Journey! What will await them, out on the roads and in the woods? Look out world, you might not be the same after 2B collides with you!
