My Hero Automata - Chapters 76 & 77

Alright! Sorry about the slight delay folks! But chapters 76 & 77 are here now, and the release is a little bit longer than the typical early month release of My Hero Automata. A solid 7.5k versus the usual 5-6k that most first-of-the-month updates are. That was, of course, part of the reason it's coming out on the second not the first ;-).

Anyway, the new chapters see us starting to transition into the totally-off-the-rails content even farther. If anyone hasn't figured it out yet, the invasion is essentially by replacement for the MLA/PLA bullshit. I hated that arc in the original MHA. It made zero sense for the Heroes to be tasked with putting down what was a full scale, armed rebellion, rather than a villain group. Let alone for them to get first year students involved in said effort. I think the excuse I've given for them needing all-hands-on-deck for a mass scale and lasting disaster is a lot more sane, frankly. It's also something that was planned from literally chapter 1, since this was what the voice in the Void recruited 2B to help prepare the MHA world for...

One other minor note. Chapter 76 briefly goes over the state of the world. Given that I've depicted the early Quirk Era as very chaotic and nasty in a few snippets, it shouldn't be a shock that I've tried to show a few major changes to the world. That said, most of those changes are pretty tongue-in-cheek. Don't mistake them for political commentary on my part. I mean, I do think Australia has a good chance of being taken over by a Quirked Salt Water Crocodile if Quirks happened. But I'm pretty sure anyone who has seen one of those things will agree...;-).

As always, the new content is attached to the post here in various formats, and I'll be updating the Pinned Post with the new master files shortly. Frankly, I don't think there's much need for author's notes this time, so I'll probably skip that bit. But you're always free to ask questions!
