My Hero Automata (Chapters 39-42)

Now, let's get on with the first release of the year! I only just finished the editing pass on this, since I was gone pretty much all of last night for a New Years celebration. I'm also 100% happy with how the various combat bits worked out. I'm still struggling to sort out how to show everyone, without bogging down the story. I took feedback from a few people that said they'd have preferred to see more, not less, and will be showing at least the basics of each Final Exam as a result. But it made the newest set of chapters pretty dialogue lite, which I'm not a huge fan of. Well, I don't think it's horrible, at least...and I'm sure I'll figure out how to get the balance more to my liking eventually ;-). That, or I'll run out of times where I need to show so many different fights. I have a better handle on how to do single viewpoint fights than I do on showing a whole lot of fights going on in sequence...

P.S. Since there are more stories being updated this month than ever before, I'm not certain of exact release order. There's a decent chance the One Piece story I teased will be out before the next release of Displaced Hero. We'll see...
