Release Schedule

So...I'm not entirely sure how I'm going to handle reporting progress for this Patreon. On my games Patreon I post once every 4 days, roughly, just to keep people up-to-date on how things are progressing. But I'm less sure how interested anyone here will be in anything other than actual content releases? Either way, I figured one thing I CAN do is give a rough timeline for planned releases next month.

My Hero Automata: 

I'm planning to split the promised monthly word count for My Hero Automata (10k words) into two release chunks of roughly 5k each. The first chunk is already done, save for me needing to edit it. As a result, it will be the very first thing released in August. Sometime on August 1st, unless something explodes or something. That first chunk of the story covers snippets of training leading up to the Heroics Tournament, as well as the first day of said tournament. The second chunk will contain at least the second day of said tournament. It might also contain some or all of the third day, depending on how much focus I give to secondary characters on each day. The first day is brushed through fairly quickly, since I didn't/don't want the Tournament to turn into a Naruto or Dragon Ball Z story arc that runs forever while getting absolutely nowhere -_-. 

The second chunk of the story will come out later in the month. Possibly as late as the 21st or so. Simply because I don't want the story to go without updates for a prolonged period. (Which would happen if I pushed both releases out in the first half of the month). This is one of the reasons I'd like to have more writing time. Ideally, I'd like to update this story twice as often. (Once a week, essentially). But I just don't have enough time free to write that much content at the moment. Oh well, I can only work with what I have for now.

Mass Effect: Final Error:

I have the outline for this, but haven't actually started writing it. I'll likely try to aim it to release in the second week of the month. The plan is to begin showing specific events of the Reaper War. At this point, canon has been thrown entirely out the window. So the missions I'm planning for the team to engage in bare essentially no resemble at all to anything in Mass Effect 3. There will be no nonsense with the Crucible, for example. Orianna didn't know about its existence in her first go around, and thus has been guiding the galaxy toward a straight up military confrontation. Given how badly their opening moves have bloodied the Reapers, they have some hope...but things won't stay that easy going forward!

Poll Story

So...literally only two people can vote in the poll, and they've both voted for Can One Displaced Hero Save the Galaxy? Frankly, that's fine by me, as it was actually the most recently written of the 'extra' stories and my muse is still quite strong with it. I've preemptively written about 2,500 words and outlined a fair bit farther into the story than that. I actually have probably 2-3 releases worth of plot outline already sorted out, with some long-term ideas jotted down as well.

Technically, if we get a bunch of new patrons and they vote by the end of the month, then it could be that a different story gets updated. If that ends up being the case, I can't predict when said story would be updated. If it remains CODHSG (I really need to come up with a better shortening of that title -_-) that wins though, then it will likely be updated sometime in the first week of the month.
