it works in RenPy 6.99.10 but not 7.1.3.1092 and i think its because there is a 3 year difference in them.

Nathan, there's no need to look for a special version of RenPy. (But if you really need it you can find all RenPy versions on renpy.org) All you need to run the game is contained in the distribution of the game. When we get an error, the tracelog contains the number of RenPy version from the distribution of the game (6.99.10). I don't know why you got version 7.1.3.1092 (I think you have such Renpy version on your Mac). Looks like the game tries to use your Renpy version instead the version from the game distributive. As I wrote, unfortunately, I can not test the game for Mac and try to find out the reason.

Hmmm, why Ren'Py 7.1.3.1092 ? I'm using an earlier version of RenPy. Anyway, I'm sorry, but I can't test the game for Mac.
