The latest craze sweeping Remnant was shrinking powder, which when ingested could shrink the consumer to a size proportionate to the amount they ate. There were all sorts of discussions going on about how the powder would affect the world of espionage, kidnapping and all sorts of various serious topics, but it was also capturing the minds of common people for its entertainment and... fetishistic value. Yang didn't really have a giantess fetish, or at least she hadn't thought she did, but she did know that her sister had browsed that kind of content in the past. That was the last excuse Yang needed to spike her sisters meals one night, and kindly allow her to experience some of her fantasies. The fact that she was a blast to play with at her now tiny size had nothing to do with the decision, honest. At the moment the bug-sized Ruby seemed far too frazzled to squirm at all as her now giantess sister smothered her under her sweaty socks, but even immobile she made an excellent plaything for Yang's moist sole. Grinded and rubbed against the wooden floor Ruby barely had a moment to breathe, and after a few minutes her giggling sister even had her pressed up against the wall, dragging her against it as if she was trying to wipe her off her foot. But no such freedom was in the cards for the helpless Huntress that night, as her surprisingly sadistic sister tortured her beneath her feet for hours on end. Finally the effects of the powder wore off and the irate Ruby shouted quite a bit at her unapologetic sister, who rather clearly planned on shrinking her again another day for even more fun. This would lead to a back and forth arrangement between the two sisters, and would eventually spread amongst their group of friends as well. Over time some of them even grew to enjoy the tiny side of the game, though the power that being the giantess gave grew on them far quicker in almost all of them. Beacon quickly became a size-fetishist haven, even for those who would rather not participate.
