Neon Alley
Added 2019-05-30 18:47:17 +0000 UTCI really suck at drawing detailed backgrounds and environments, so I wanted to challenge myself a bit.
I'm sure there are a ton of mistakes and the perspective is probably messed up in some areas, but just do like I do and don't look too closely at it!
