Who are these two?
These two are the Twin Wardens of the Velvet Room in the famous game, Persona 5. They assist in the Phantom thief's rehabilitation. Caroline has a very Tsundere-esque demeaner, she often refers to the Phantom Thief as "Inmate!", as-well as booting him into the Velvet Room if he so chooses to enter.
Caroline is a very classical tsundere, or someone who acts mean-spirited and aloof to disguise any affectionate feelings towards the protagonist. Additionally, she doesn't seem to hold the protagonist in very high regard. She refers to him as 'inmate', and kicks him into the Velvet Room whenever he goes to enter. She is generally ill-tempered and impatient, even after the twins' Confidant levels up and she grows to respect him as a friend. There are certain inconsistencies between how she seems and her real personality; Justine says that Caroline was mortified when she first witnessed fusion with another Persona but is too embarrassed to use it on the protagonist.
Justine, the younger of the two sisters. While she does not seem to be as menacing as her sister, she is no less cruel and derisive toward the protagonist. She is first seen in her office and stationed outside the protagonist’s cell when he arrives, and continues to deny him his freedom--despite her sister making it clear that theirs is a trap for outsiders. While guarding an entrance to the Velvet Room, she whittles away at her boredom by spinning her clipboard.
