Added 2025-08-08 22:00:06 +0000 UTCI simply added the small file Velvet3.png, so there's no need to re-download everything if you know you're already up to date. You'll find it in Mod\ActiveMod_hook5data\shared specs.
However, I'm providing the full link—if you're unsure whether you're up to date or just don't want to bother, go ahead and download and install everything to avoid texture bugs later. You can safely overwrite existing files—it's safe.
