No, this is not the real S.T.A.R.S. office from Resident Evil 2, but close. For this room, you'll need to download & install the add-on first:

π‘ Tip: I recently discovered that loading times were significantly reduced (at least threefold!) when objects were disabled. Therefore, the next rooms I share in the future will have objects disabled by default. To display them, simply press F4 to bring up the Hook 5 menu and select the options you prefer.
