Hi folks!

I after consecutively doing commissions I need to something for myself. And I've always been wanting to do this 'art vs artist' thing it look kinda cool! And I think I should do this every year and see how I evolve

I also realized I've never formally introduced myself  so let's meet the artist!

Hi my name Mickey (He/Him)  and this is my OC, Taz

I'm 25 years old! my birthday is August 30th 1995 :) I'm a Virgo if you care about that XD

My height is 177cm  (5'8)

I live in Bangkok, Thailand. I'm Thai and I speak only English and Thai.

I've been drawing since I was really young really, always have this connection to it, and then I stopped for 15 years because I didn't have the most encouraging parent XD

In 2020 something sparked me, and I have decided to make my return to art and try my best to do it for a living! All in all I've been taking drawing seriously for about a year where I train super super hard and seriously working to become better.

I'm a self learning artist, never gone to art school. I bought stacks of art books and learn by myself.

I really have passion for character design (even though I haven't designed a lot of characters XD) and I love homoerotic art. I just like drawing big sexy men haha and OMG I love cool mythical monster designs! I also plan to diversify my art, drawing more varieties of body types  and designs once I'm a better designer :)

I currently don't do art full-time, I do art on top of my day job. But I'm on the transition to becoming a full-time artist! Once I can sustain myself more efficiently I plan to...

I don't think I look like my art haha I know a lot of artists get this comment that they look like their art...like their aesthetic, their vibes and stuffs. Me and my art are complete opposite XD If you meet me in person you wouldn't think this basic looking weep would make this type of art XD

I'm just awkward in person XD my art is pretty much a pinnacle of what I aspire to be, or to create I guess ... I'm pretty introverted

That's pretty much the basic things about me I think haha I'm not very good at talking about myself.

But this feels nice to formally introduce myself, next year when I do this again it might be fun to see the evolution
