Illustration of 2020

And I wanted to do a full on illustration before 2020 ended, and thus, this guy was created haha
Don't know who he is but I was planning to draw a fish man for January. While I was drafting it I liked it so much and I was like....you know what I'm gonna turn this into an illustration before 2020 end!
