it's been months I suffered from the pain at my right foot... which I thought it's just a normal inflammation....I can't walk for months and can't work properly due my anxiety...but I hadn't received any medical care because I thought it would not be a big deal.....It was a big mistake.

a month ago, I went to see a doctor and they diagnosed me....I have a gout. I didn't now how and don't know when it occurred. But I think it's something about my eating. I drink cola and sugar a lot for a long time and at that time, I took so many medicine to cure my illness.

however, more researches show us that genetic plays the major role...more than eating... here

in the end, I still don't know what actually cause it.

But even though the researches said that, I still want to change my eating routine forever for the sake of my long run healthy. I have a lot to change...but it might be a good sign to take care of myself even more.

I didn't write this to excuse my lacking of new works...(maybe a bit). But I would like you guys to know, please take care of yourself while you can....and what about a gout? it's still a mystery nobody can solve.

Well, at least my anxiety is mostly gone...I can enjoy my drawing again.
