Random Post #55 (Protagonist Art)

As you might know, Lamir and the player were the first two characters done for the game a long time ago. And although I’ve updated the art for almost every single early character, one that sticks out like a sore thumb is the protagonist.

If you look up there, the one on the left is the current version you can find in-game. The second one is something I made a few years ago when I updated Lamir’s art, but Zehmun didn’t like it, so we threw it in the garbage bin, never to see the light of day again. The third and final version is what I did this last week! The fourth is the female version of our boy.

Just let me get this out of the way: I’m not planning on changing him. This is just something I made while practicing drawing men, and I wanted to show it to you guys. It’s a bit of a shame that he is the only character in the game who doesn’t have full-body art, but it is what it is. The newer version just doesn't give the same vibes as the original one does. I think.

The next update is almost entirely done, all that’s left is to finish rewriting Nameless’s schedule dialogues and Lilian’s scene before dropping it all in the game. Also, I should start doing the poll winner today or tomorrow. The winner was the Obscuria x Peach x Female Protagonist option, suggested by Desseus!
