Preview #137 - Nameless Ex-Mistress

Hey, so here’s a massive little shit character for you guys to hate on and the major villain for the entirety of Nameless's questline! Her name is... uhh, Ariette? (Probably. I’m not sure about the name yet, but it sounds all right. Might change if I find something that fits better) She’s related to one other character that exists in-game who she shares most of her visual cues and color scheme, but none of the shitty personality.

Oh yeah, she’s also filthy rich! Not for her own merit, mind you. She’s rich for inheriting her family’s lands. This girl right here is the “privileged bitch” who never had to do anything in her entire life and had everything handed over to her. She is all about having other people do her dirty work for her. Ah, she’s also a girl failure and tends to fail at everything she does herself.

At first I wasn't going to make her a major player during the questline, as I initially wanted to focus only on Nameless and the protagonist's relationship, but that turned out... unbelievably boring. Nameless just doesn't work in a vacuum as she'll just self-deprecate herself at all times, and the protagonist is too much of a blank slate to carry the story on his own. So, knowing I need someone to push Nameless onto drama, here's her ex-owner herself to do the heavy emotional lifting!

This marks the second character made with the intent of being hated! I hope you guys like her, though. She’s supposed to be more comical than threatening.
