Edit: I am aware there is a bug in the tutorial related to Kiria that breaks game progression. If you already downloaded this update, just get THIS file and drop it in the game folder > www > data, and it should fix itself.

Update 0.6.0 is here! Finally!

This is a very big update in terms of content and very text-heavy! I've spent a lot of time making sure Kiria is likable, as she is an honorary main girl with the same privileges that they get. (Other than three quests, Kiria only gets an especially big one.)

A nice thing added is that you can now get Affection with the six main girls and Kiria just by talking to them. It's nowhere as good as giving gifts, and it only happens the first time you talk with the girl in a given day, BUT it's a nice quality of life, and it works as the players would expect, getting closer to the characters by talking and not only through gifting.

Fixes are mostly what I found myself, as most of the bigger problems were fixed in the last few updates. If anyone finds any bugs or inconsistencies, please let me know and I'll have it fixed as quickly as I can.

Kiria Gifting Tips: Kiria needs considerably less affection points than the other giftable girls (around 60% less), as she's unlocked so late.

-She ADORES plushies.

-She likes adventures and fairy tales.

-She is fine with healthy food and crops

-She dislikes unhealthy food

-She despises being gifted flowers (Seriously, don't do it. Don't give flowers to the elf. She won't like it...)

New Content

• Added Kiria’s entire Questline! 

  • Requires defeating the Goddess and completing Lamir’s third quest!

  • It’ll start naturally in a week or when changing months after defeating the Goddess. The timer will start when entering your home in older saves that have already defeated the Goddess.

  • A new mission is added to the Quest Log at each step of the quest (Trying to make quests harder to get lost into)

    

• Added Kiria Gifting System

  • After unlocking her schedule at the end of the first part of the quest, Kiria will work as one of the main girls, and you’ll be able to gift her. 

  • Gift Kiria to continue her questline!

• Added Kiria’s Schedule

  • Unlocked after progressing through the early parts of her quest line!

  • Here’s how it goes:

    

• Added a new party companion, “Kiria”

  • Kiria is broken. Should be the best character in everything possible other than buffing allies. She can be the tank, healer or damage dealer in the party.

  • Unlocked in the later half of her questline.

• Added Kiria Repetitive Scene (Gentle, Naughty, and Submissive option scene)

  • On Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, talk to Kiria at the West Beach during the night (18:00~22:00).

  • Requires completing her questline.

• Added a Bathhouse mini-scene for Kiria.

  • Talk to her at the bathhouse on Sunday night (18:00~22:00).

• Added a brand new dungeon for Kiria’s quest, Kiria’s Backyard. 

  • 6 new maps with high level enemies, and two familiar faces as the bosses for the dungeon.

• It is now possible to gain Affection with all the main girls just by talking to them!

  • You can see it happening through a small heart over their heads. (Limited to once a day)

    

Changes

• You can no longer take Lamir’s flowers. 

• You now choose your party members before hopping through the rabbit hole rather than after.

• High Priestess boss no longer loses HP with her skills, and she should be slightly tougher. 

  • Generic cultist enemies and Obscuria, who have the same skills, still lose HP when using them.

• Obscuria can now equip shields.

• Slight tweaks to Falk’s dialogue after Kiria is saved.

• Tweaked the numbers on a few skills and added MP costs for some of Hapi’s skills.

  • Oops.

• Not sure if I should consider this a change, but the game now comes with a settings file that defaults the game audio to 20%.

• FPS is locked at 60 now. 

  • Probably will only affect 144hz monitors. (It’s a rpgmaker problem. Don’t mind it too much)

  • Big thank you to Parnaval for letting me know a fix for this.

Fixes

• Fixed an issue that made both triggers for the arena be able to be triggered separately. (This means you could do the arena twice in the same timeframe)

• Fixed an issue that made entering Falk’s hut area freeze the game depending on progress.

• Fixed an oversight that prevented the “Treasure Map” gift from being taken from the inventory after it was gifted.

• Fixed an error that made the Arachne String Shot attack to give the party a second action in the next turn.

• Quests that track months now check if the month’s number you currently are is different from when it was first tracked for quests to run rather than checking if it has a bigger number. (Current Month > Tracked Month to Current Month ≠ Tracked Month)

  • Because of how time is tracked, in some very, very hard-to-achieve situations, all quests that track time (Caves, Peach, Sophie/Eris) could get stuck. For example, completing a quest that takes 7 days to trigger on day 30 of month 12 would be inaccessible forever as there is no month 13.

• Fixed some typos in some skills.
