EDIT: FIXED A PROBLEM THAT MADE LAMIR'S FIRST QUEST UNABLE TO START.

SO! Here it is, v0.5.40!

This update is entirely focused on the game’s introduction! Tweaking the dialogue on most of it and updating almost all pictures! Making it easier to find the main girls during the city tour, adding a new and improved farming tutorial, adding an actual incentive to play around with the farm in the form of a farm upgrade system, and finally, adding a new character to help care for the farm.

You don't need to make a new save, but I DO really recommend playing through the introduction, even if you're not making a new save, just so you can see the new fairy stuff, as the game will act as if you already know her in older save files.

There are also a lot of minor stuff you can read in detail down on the path notes, and a bunch of fixes! I’m focusing more on fixing all bugs and inconsistencies, so if you find any make sure to send them my way! Thank you!

New Content:

• Added a new character: “Bum-Bum” the Spirit of the Farm!
  • She can be found somewhere around the farm at all times.

• Added a new “Farm Upgrade System”
  • You offer crops, eggs, and milk at Bum-Bum’s shrine to rack up Offering Points you can exchange for the upgrades at Bum-Bum.
  • Currently, you can fix the coop and barn through this system.
• COWS ARE NOW AVAILABLE AT ROXANNE’S SHOP
  • Need to fix the barn through Bum-Bum first and buy one singular chicken before the Cows are unlocked.
  • Cows are limited to only 3
• Added a new map “Coop” and Barn”
  • You can now enter the Coop and the Barn after they are fixed.
• Added a new map “Bum-Bum Shrine”.
• Added a few one-time drops on the new characters' houses(Therese and Roxanne)!
  • So, um… try exploring them! It might be fun.
• Starting to add some interactable stuff around on the older maps.
  • The new girl houses and the new farm have a bunch of stupid little fluff dialogue in case you wanna interact with every random thing.

Changes:

• REDONE EVERY SINGLE PICTURE IN THE INTRODUCTION SCENE
  • THAT’S A LOT OF DRAWINGS!
• Changed the Farm Layout
• Decreased the number of available farm spots from 150 to 60.
  • Honestly, there was too much farmland for too little stamina. I’m not sure if it was even possible to care for so many crops.
• Harvesting crops now gives small amounts of EXP.
• You now need to unlock the coop before buying any animals.
  • If you’re using an older save, you’ll need to unlock the coop before you can collect the eggs now. (The chickens will still be there)
• Reworked how chickens work.
  • Chickens are now limited to only 5
  • You now have to enter the coop and interact with each chicken to get the eggs.
• Tweaked almost all of the main character's introductions. (Maribel is the exception)
  • Made it a bit more clear that Lene has a dick.
  • Made all the very large player answers smaller.
• Time no longer passes during the introduction where you run around meeting the main girls.
  • You also can no longer sleep during the introduction.
• Characters now tell you where to find other characters during the town introduction.
  • Trying to sleep now straight up tells you where everyone can be found.
• Added exclamation points over the main girls and their houses during the initial introduction
  • It can be annoying getting lost in the tutorial, so this might help.
• Changed Peach’s class from Mage to Witch (No difference other than the name)
• Considerably increased Peach’s Attack growth
  • Just for lore accuracy. You still shouldn’t want to use normal attacks on her.
• Increased the Protagonist Attack growth to be the highest and increased Nihil/Lene’s HP growth.
  • Increased Lene/Nihil chances to be attacked.
• Increased Viz’s Max MP and Agility, hit rate, doubled her natural Crit Rate, and decreased slightly her chances to be attacked.
• Removed random encounters on the area after the Goddess High Priestess boss fight.
• Added music in the areas west of town.
• Made it clearer that you’re able to avoid Peach’s quest from starting when you’re entering the second floor of the tower.

Fixes:

• Very minor and stupid fix: Added shadows to the north exit of town.
• Fixed a major problem where depending on the path you took to meet the Goddess after defeating the High Priestess you wouldn’t be able to save anymore.
• Turned a few Cervas into Sophies.
• Fixed an unintended problem with Elinnie’s confession where her picture would disappear halfway through the talk.
• In an attempt to fix a problem on the last update where Peach would call you every month, I fucked up and made it so Peach NEVER called you. It is fixed now.
• Fixed the carrot and the potato descriptions that for some reason were switched
• Fixed Eris saying Sophie isn’t around on Tuesday nights.
• Fixed Elinnie’s full body picture in her introduction moving strangely.
• Fixed a little problem where the Tools would disappear after getting knocked out for lack of Stamina.
• Fixed a problem where Elinnie would stop working while inside her shop if you chose the third option on the Elinnie Reward scene.
  • Older saves with the problem interact with the statue in front of the Clinic to fix it.
