I’ve done flying yoga before! I really really enjoyed it and would of kept it up but my teacher stopped being able to teach the class. It’s not as hard as they are making it look lol. They skipped a lot of beginner moves and techniques to show off more poses. You wouldn’t see most of those in a first class lol. It’s a fantastic exercise and a lot of fun if you can find a studio a near you.
