I feel like it's normal to have a healthy amount to motivate us, but when it becomes debilitating, there's nothing worse.
It's definitely something I experience so I hope that you are all ok and fighting through it because, regardless of what your brain might tell you, or what toxic people in your life might say, you are beautiful, you are worth it, and you are meant to be here.
