thanks so much marion for letting me know! I was so curious...it's the worst when you go the perform/be your best self but you feel awful, I know that too because I get sick alot nT_T

2023-04-14 14:09:24 +0000 UTCAt the beginning of the vid I was thinking I should let you know about Changsub and then you actually asked about him haha. So he isn’t in some senes here and won’t be in many outside of their performance in the next episode, plus he won’t be in the 3 (I think it’s 3) episodes after that at all because he was sick during those episodes. You can kinda see it in this ep and definitely in the next one that his energy is low, he’s not his bright witty self. He even uses a dressing table to support himself before they leave their dressing room to go on stage in the next ep, which to me was a big indicator that rather than being injured, he wasn’t feeling well (I get sick a lot). But his performance in the next ep is still amazing. I think if I remember correctly he had been in a play or filming something whilst they were on Kingdom so he was burnt out by the heavy schedule. Which is a shame but I’m glad he’s back in later episodes. When this was first airing my thoughts were also, ‘why are the performances I want to see most in the second ep?’ Not that the other performances and reactions to them weren’t entertaining and awesome but when it was airing live there was some serious tension in me due to anticipation. I think my favourite was SF9 this episode, it was super interesting, loved the remix and the fight choreo was awesome. Plus a little extra skin on display was appreciated haha. I also liked that they were more cohesive and together here compared to their previous performance, although it may have been the iffy camera work on their last performance that made them seem less like a group. But either way this performance was a definite step up.
