Hello !

I loved this movie a lot ! It has been on my list for a long time, one of these movies you know you need to watch, that it's gonna please but you never find the time to dot it, or when you have the time, you forget. Wes Anderson = a mood, a vibe inside of his movies, it's weird but good kind of weird, fun kind, sweet kind. And visually, the colors, the symmetry of each picture, the clever editing… It's like asmr for my mind, like a big and comfy hug.

They totally got me with the story here, I love the fact that we follow the story of a hotel staff, and it ends by being told to a bookwriter, and the book is read by that girl. One single person's story can have an impact on a multitude. For sure, the adventures were cool here, but I got really attached more to the characters and to the place. I feel sad at the end because we know Zero had no budget to repair it and the author announced earlier it would get destroyed… But after spending an entire movie discovering its story, for sure the viewer wants to save it, feel sad not only to say goodbye to it, but to know it's for good.
