You can't give an end like that to someone like me. For those of you who don't know me, let me make the presentation : Laura, reactor, and Queen of Denial. So if, after an awful scene, you bring a peaceful moment where the person supposed to be dead being alive and the main character waking up, I'm gonna have a tiny second during which I'll believe all of what happened before was just a dream, a nightmare. And even if my brain and my heart can kill that thought in one second, you just woke up that hope and that alternative reality in which it exists.

That being said : Jesse appearing miraculously to save the girls ? I didn't guess it but I wanted it, you're a witness of it. If girls might have been in love with baddy daddy Pedro Pascal, I might have something for greeny flags guys like Jesse. The second I saw Abby's friend and I understood Ellie would face her, I felt pain : Ellie wants to know where Abby is and she doesn't care about how to get that information. Even if it means torturing her, being so cruel… doing what Abby did to Joel. I say it since a long time, the idea of Ellie getting her revenge, I was against it to not replicate that cycle of hate but also for her to not become like her enemy.
