Hello !
I cried a lot at the end of this episode. And for everyone. Judge me as you want for it. But yes, Syril dying, it got me : we have followed his character since day one, and even if he was on the wrong side, he was so well written and played, that I found myself being proud of him when I shouldn't. And here, I felt he had doubts, he hated discovering that Dedra didn't respect him enough to tell him the truth since the beginning, that he hated what he saw with all of these people getting killed. He went to fight Cassian but hesitated to kill him, and at the question "who are you", he couldn't respond (the guy who just wanted a desk job and be promoted, a soldier who was a double agent, a citizen shocked by this genocide ?).
And I cried for everyone here. For all of these Ghorman people who were condemned by that plan meant to kill them all and at the same time make them the criminals, responsible of the situation, when they were not. For all of these citizens who died. But I cried as well for all of these green soldiers who were sent here, clearly sacrificed by the Empire. So yes, blame me as you want, I cried for everyone, for both sides.
I'm still french, so I'm still sorry if my english hurts you.
