The first part of this episode is really to show how dangerous this cursed spirit is. Maki, Fushiguro, everyone is facing it and each time it gives me the impression that they can die in just one second. Because, since Yoshino, I don't trust this anime anymore, I think it can eliminate characters just for fun at any moment. And here, seeing Fushiguro who couldn't use his technique anymore and Maki being so close to death… I felt really bad.

But Yuji and Todo appear, and the mood totally changes. Because these two treated their fight here just like training : each time, you have Yuji trying an attack, failing, discussing his mistakes with Todo so he can improve the next attack. It was so cool to see how much Yuji is progressing and also that he finally uses his cursed technique. I can not wait to see Todo in action now !
