The end of this episode was perfect, it left me with three "Excuse-me, what ?". Everyone heard the rumors and theories during season 1 about Vander being Warwick, but to have the confirmation of it was really cool. And even more to have it like that, by him recognizing Jinx or more Powder. And it can be so important for the rest of the show : for his character to come back, but also for Jinx who is gonna have a father figure back and for the rest of the characters.
It's interesting to have a time jump between the last episode and this one, so we can already see how the situation evolved after martial law was established everywhere. Like Jinx who became a symbol for the resistance, but who prefers to stay behind. And when she released all of these Jinxers she saw that they thanked her, but they didn't consider her a hero. Not yet at least, not until she will truly help them. She takes care of Isha, and we can see that it calmed her, that she found with that kid a new sister, a new family.

Poor Maddie is a rebound, a bandage on a breakup that Caitlyn is clearly not over with. Powder died a long time ago, Jinx says to Isha that she reminds her of Powder, like it's something closed. But the "Jinx is dead" shows also that she's over with that personality she created in season 1, and she doesn't know who she is now, who she wants to be. I loved Isha immediately, wanting to protect her with my life. ... see you later to talk more about that 🙈

2024-11-19 08:38:19 +0000 UTCI kinda feel bad for Maddie. I mean, she's a rebound, right? If given a choice, I don't think Caitlin would choose Maddie over Vi. It's just giving me those vibes, I could be wrong. I should have, but I didn't expect the time jump. But I like how they made the summary of what happened though. I would have wanted more details on why "Jinx is dead" though. Like, internally, is she back to Powder? Is she still Jinx but just not using the name? Or is she figuring out who she is now? I get that being with Isha contributes a lot to Jinx's mental stability, but I would have wanted to see how that relationship developed. And yes, Isha is very cute. The last episode of this group of three made me so mad. So I'm going to save what I want to say about it when your reaction comes out. hahaha
