This episode rushed some things and we had a lot of actions during it to prepare all of the context of the final episode, the first end of the show. Because yes, I never forget that you guys thought you would say goodbye to everyone right here, so I expect a lot of things. Not to have all of the answers, but at least the main ones. Like here, it was not a surprise to see Annie winning the contest and being kidnapped by Windom. She's the Queen of Heart, of Cooper's heart, so it's more meaningful.
Even more now that we know the White/Black Lodge can be opened by love/fear. Two emotions that Cooper can feel by seeing Annie threatened by his enemy. We know that Catherine has a key which can be useful, but we need to find a way to connect her to the big story. Major Briggs managed to escape (thanks to Leo) but he lost his mind… He needs to find it again ! And I'm pretty sure Nadine is gonna have her mind also and memories back now. Not sure if it's a good thing or not.

tu as eue de bonnes phrases durant cet épisode: "Windom is happening!", "you didn't think with your dick!" 😅 pourquoi ils n'ont pas fouillés le roadhouse? c'est parce que Cooper demande à Harry quand le concours commence et Harry répond: "any minute!" donc ils n'ont pas eu le temps de chercher pour des bombes! Windom est déjà très en avance et ils ont aucune idée des événements a venir! mais j'avoue qu'aussitôt l'anonce fait ils auraient dû agir! peut-être pensaient-ils avoir le temps et l'arrêter? ils ont figés durant la lumière stroboscopique! les filles sont enveloppées dans du plastique!!! comme Laura! (je ne suis pas le premier qui a penser à ça! merci multiple podcasts!) content de voir que le costume de Windom t'as porté à te demander qui c'était! preuve que ça marche pour vrai et encore! aussi de voir que l'histoire de Donna te tenait encore dans le mystère! le fait que tu ne savais pas qui allait gagner est superbe! encore une fois le mystère l'emporte! pour moi quand Windom montre son visage blanc et ses dents noires c'est que ça indique qu'il s'est rendu à l'entré du lodge! (poudre blanche et huile) très très hâte de voir ta réaction à cette fin de saison!!!

Just a quick heads-up—if you’re planning to watch The Missing Pieces (deleted scenes from Fire Walk With Me), I’d recommend watching them after the film but before season 3. They were officially released in 2014, run about 90 minutes, and while not strictly necessary for season 3, they do add a few connections.
