I finished the last episode completely desperate about the situation and the different fights. So clearly, I didn't expect that we would have allies coming out from nowhere, and even less these ones. But I loved to see them appearing like that ! Because it feels like a logical "payback" : we spent some episodes with Gentle and La Brava, and some fans were not really interested in that story, and judged it weak and unnecessary. But the writers are proving here it was on purpose and that, like always, in this anime, each character has their importance.
And I love their intervention a lot (and then the one of Lady Nageant) because they are again bringing an interesting subject of this anime : people can have a second chance. Gentle and La Brava acted badly, he saw his mistake, he went to jail for it, he wanted to repair his faults by stopping these guys from escaping from this jail⦠So yes, if they can help, let them help, they deserve that second chance.

It was so cool to see them appearing, helping that much, it felt like a reward for the time we spent with them ! π Can't wait to discover the end of the season 7 (I'm gonna watch it today π)

Fans may be divided on how important Gentle and La Brava were in season 4, but Iβve always believed that no arc or character in the show is wasted in this anime. So to see this wonderful comeback is the greatest thing, and to see all of the reactors I follow also enjoying it is just amazing. Okay ramble over, I just want everyone to know how excited I was for the reaction π₯Ή

I've always felt that the Gentle & La Brava story arc was such a waste, but bringing them back at this point made me really appreciate that arc so much more. And the same with Lady Nagant actually. When she was revealed for the first time, i felt like it was such a waste because she seemed cool and they invested a lot into her character and story but she was only there for 2 ish episodes. I really appreciate that these characters were brought back at this point, and you're right, everything seemed so desperate until La Brave showed up and gave us some hope and it just kept going from there. All of the final episodes are so intense, but I already know which one will probably get the largest reaction from you lol
