This episode felt like the end of a season already, so to know I had one more episode to truly finish made me have hope. To FINALLY have Thorfinn coming back home, visit his sister and mother, with Leif. Something I've dreamed of since seasons, something he could have done a long time ago. And I was also stressed because we know this village had an "enemy", and for sure the mother already had bad health when he was a kid, so can she still be alive…
Canute and Thorfinn talking, with the last one just choosing to run away, to not fight, and who says he understands his ancestors who did it. Canute laughing… He's a true Mad King right now. All of he's thinking right now, I understand his sentences but for me, it's illogic even for his own logic. At the end, he decides to withdraw and it's the only thing which counts. Einar choosing to follow Thorfinn, everyone saying goodbye to them, Snake saying his real name… It was emotional, and I'm so proud of Olmar and how he evolved.
