I didn't see that reveal coming AT ALL. You know that I love to pick up clues, to try to guess things in advance and that some of my theories can be weird and crazy. But I would have never imagined this ! Toya, Dabi, the same person. Howwwww. This kid never died, he was mourned by his family for entire years but he never died. His siblings thought he was dead, surely his dad has regrets and feels so guilty (even more since he began his redemption arc).
Dabi had only one way to escape from his life, to fake his death. Did he understand that by himself or was he helped ? Maybe by the Master ? And now, everything makes sense, some little things I said and never connected together. And now, I also think about each time I told you, excited, "oh, I would love to know more about Dabi's past, he's so interesting, so cool !". Be honest, how many times did you laugh at me ? (for that reason, duh)

Haha, that's why I avoid spoilers like hell, to really have this moment of reveal 😅 And for me, it's clearly a good thing, and everything feels so logical now (did you check suhrahha's comment reminding all of what they put before as clues ?). 2024-07-16 07:28:00 +0000 UTCHaha, you know I have difficulties with names so here, I was really like "this name, I know it, it's him, or maybe I'm making a mistake ? but no, come on, it's him" 😅🙈 I was not surprised by Machia not reacting, we had before everyone explaining he was just obeying to orders. And yes, it was in fact nice to give Endeavor that paralyzed moment, really logical with the situation.

I’ll admit I probably wouldn’t have guessed until I saw other people suggesting it haha. But it was a such a popular theory that everyone accepted it as fact. So when it was finally confirmed, the reaction was “oh, yeah. We already knew that!” 💀

2024-07-16 01:36:21 +0000 UTCFrom the beginning, I played with the idea of "Dabi's flame is blue. What if he's actually related to Endeavor like a son?! It's so obvious! LOL" But after the Kyushu nomu fight and they met face-to-face with no reaction, I assumed I was wrong because Endeavor did not recognize him at all. So when this reveal happened I almost screamed "I KNEW IT" while watching the episode. hahaha Loved watching you have that moment of "Wait, I've heard that name before. It can't be." Priceless. I liked that they gave Endeavor a legit panic attack. Looked very convincing. Reminded me of Tanjiro's panic attack at the end of the Swordsmith Village Arc. It's always such a good move showing the protagonists' human vulnerabilities. While watching this episode, I was thinking, "Is machia really just standing there during this whole thing? why isn't he doing anything?" So I was really glad that Spinner mentioned that Machia was just waiting for orders which is why he was just standing around. hahaha Looking forward to the next episodes.
