So the end of this season is gonna be about The League of Villains Versus The Meta Liberation Army ? I'm all for it, but it's a little weird because I felt during this episode that I'm on the League's side. I can't forget and forgive what they did to our guys, our students, and I want them to be stopped, but with this confrontation of villains, I'm on their side. I have known them since the beginning, I discovered more about them, I understand them, when these new ones seem so arrogant and full of confidence.
I have been waiting for a long time to learn more about Toga ! And I have the impression that she's the perfect example of what I denounce since a long time about the system in place in that universe : she was categorized as dangerous by her parents as soon as they discovered her quirk, that need of blood, and they were pushing her to think her quirk, so her true nature, was bad, that she was not normal. And I don't blame her parents, I blame the system in place which pushed them to be that afraid, which pushed Toga to become a Villain. That's why she wants that much to be loved, that she loves to be someone else, someone normal.

I have the feeling this system can be badly "organized" since almost the episode 1 of the season 1, but that feeling about how wrong it is to categorize kids at 5yo and maybe because of that judge them, push them to go in the criminal path, mostly since Shinso's story. So yeah, here, discovering Toga's background, I was really like "there is a world in which her parents would have loved her unconditionally and guided her to use well her quirk, to deal with all sides of it". And yes, for me, Toga just wants to be someone else, someone normal, someone who can be loved (the love she never felt from her family).

I also never thought about Toga’s quirk that way, in that in represents her desires to be anyone but herself. Really puts things into perspective!
