Hello !
It was nice to have an entire episode about Canute to know what happened for him between the seasons 1 and 2. But I'm still not sure of him : I've been saying for a long time that with his way of thinking, his dream of making this land a paradise, he can switch at any moment on the dictator path. And I'm still afraid of that right now. We have good points for him, with the fact that he decided to kill the soldiers who were stealing, torturing and killing, but I still have some doubts.
Like, here for example, he tried to convince this guy to join him, giving him a way out, and not just killing him when he saw that he was on the other side. But at the same time, he played a lot with his nerves, and at the end, I'm not sure these fires were just signals and just a threat (not real villages burning like that, just to prove a point). Now that he's a King, officially, everything is done, I think I will have my answer.
