Hello !

This episode gave us more informations about the context in which our characters are, but without really answering the big questions about Thorfinn and how he ended right there. I always said that during the entire season 1, we could see Thorfinn changing but that emotionally he never evolved. Here, to see him being that sad and empty… Maybe Askeladd's death and not having his revenge on him made him feel bad, ashamed, like he couldn't honor Thors, and he lost everything. Or there is a tiny chance that he learnt from Askeladd and he's just hiding his anger ?

We are discovering all of this world through Einar's eyes. Clearly he shows a lot of the big and kind heart he has, but I'm not sure he's the most clever guy and he knows when he has to shut his mouth or to react quickly.
