DRAWING WEEK 17 - VINLAND SAGA

I know that this week, I posted the final episode of the season 1... And clearly, I would have wanted to keep the drawing about Askeladd for that moment. But I already made one about him and maybe it's too soon for me to talk about it/him (because yes, maybe I still have 1% of me who believes he's not really dead). So I thought about making a drawing about the first character that we lost in a shocking way, and with a scene which made me emotional.
Because I didn't think Askeladd would plan to kill Ragnar, and no matter what this quick. But mostly because I spent all my time saying the guy was annoying and it was just during this episode that we discovered more about his real attitude with Canute, the importance he had in his childhood, how nice in fact he was for him as a true mentor/dad figure... So to make me appreciate him to kill him some seconds after that... It was shocking and emotional.
