DRAWING WEEK 14 - VINLAND SAGA

Writing this description, I just finished the episode 15. Just so you know where I am in the anime and with Canute's character. At first, I judged him a little hard : I could see that the guy had no character at all, we never hear the sound of his voice, he's only following people, and he's supposed to be the next King ? I began to have something for him when Ragnar defends him, saying that he had no other choice : in the game of thrones, it's better to stay silent than to give the impression you can do great and to be killed for that.
And then, I began to appreciate him, seing the big differences between him and Thorfinn, but that being together might help him. Because he's opening himself, we see he has opinions, even passions ! And I began to appreciate his relationship with Ragnar during this episode 15 I just watched : he was his protector in fact all along his life... but he's not gonna be anymore. It was a real disappointment for me because I just had the impression to meet Ragnar that he's dying in front of me. But I still have time to meet Canute and that's cool !
