A second drawing for the spin-off The Walking Dead : The Ones Who Live and yes, I had to make it for Rick. To represent the show, no one is better than him. So why the producers/writers didn't understand that ? Like, for me, after watching two episodes (at the time I write this description), I can tell you that the major mistake around this spin-off is not in the show, but around : fans of TWD were destroyed when Rick disappeared from the og show, they all promised to be there for his return. But they are not here at the end. Why ?
One of the big reasons for me : who knows that this show is out ? I didn't see any promotion about it in France, and almost none on the platforms, the us accounts talkings about shows that I follow, nothing. So, big lack of promotion. Why that title ? You named a show after Daryl Dixon but you can't do it for Rick fu**ing Grimes ? WTF ? Second big mistake around the promotion and how to sale a show. And then, you waited too long : fans of Rick Grimes had to endure the last seasons of TWD and a lot gave up in fact. So maybe they lost faith in these writers (also seing they were not making a good job with the spin-offs like Fear The Walking Dead), or just they are not that interested anymore by the character, the franchise.
And the production is acting blind about these mistakes, saying that it's the best record of viewers for a spin-off all time. NO. When you read the little subtitles : it's the best record FOR amc, FOR the franchise TWD, FOR the last six years. The lie is subtile, but it shows they don't want to see the truth and it's bad. Because the show is great ! People should watch it ! But they are not helping.
